John Joseph Miros age 67 of Corunna, Michigan died Monday, October 25, 2004 at Sparrow Hospital, Lansing, Michigan.
Funeral Services will be Private. Rev. Fr. Robert Kolenski will officiate with burial at Pine Tree Cemetery, Corunna, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2004 2-8 P.M. with family present 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.
Johns was born in St. Johns, Michigan on March 18, 1937, the son of John & Pauline ( Gazarek ) Miros. He graduated from Elsie High School with the class of 1955. He resided most of his life in the Elsie & Corunna, Michigan Area.
John married Colleen Beamish on April 12, 1958 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Owosso, Michigan. He retired from the Shiawassee Road Commission where he worked as a Utility Foreman. John loved to hunt and fish. He died as a result of a hunting accident. He also enjoyed woodworking.
He is survived by his wife Colleen Miros of Corunna, MI, son, Kevin & Yalonda Miros of Owosso, MI, daughter, Lisa & Dewey Beacham of Corunna, MI, daughter, René & Michael Chmiko of Owosso, MI, 6 grandchildren; Nicolas & Kelsie Beacham, Ashley Conley-Miros, Katelynn Miros, Madison & Adam Chmiko, brother, Stanley & Rita Miros of Barryton, MI, sister, Lillian & Robert Stehlik of Corunna, MI, sister-in-law, Phyllis & Wayne Nesbit of Kalkaska, MI, and many nieces & nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, sister, Margaret Rom, father & mother-in-law Carl & Eudora Beamish.
Memorials may be made to: Multiple Sclerosis or Leukemia Foundation. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Corunna Chapel.
